PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence, accelerate adoption, and expand the reach of Aquablation systems across a strategic US territory.

You will recruit and develop surgeon champions, partner with Marketing and Clinical teams, and guide accounts from onboarding through ongoing utilization, with a focus on meeting quarterly sales targets while advancing program maturity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology/OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech.

Aufgaben

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals.
• Onboard and train physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth.
• Mentor Territory Managers on planning, efficiency, and utilization growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize scheduling and adoption.
