Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking an experienced Territory Manager in the United States (New Jersey) to drive commercial success and clinical adoption of PROCEPT robotic systems across assigned accounts. You will lead strategic plans, training, and onboarding to maximize procedural growth and patient access.

The role requires 5+ years in OR-based medical devices sales, a proven track record of quota attainment, and strong hospital-level selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption, account growth and quota attainment.
• Strong business acumen in complex hospital selling environments.
• Capability to cover a case independently within 60 days after Aqua Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish therapies as preferred treatment options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop territory/account plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Onboard/train new physicians through the surgeon pathway with Clinical Specialists.
• Coordinate cross-functional account planning with Clinical, Capital and Launch teams.
• Provide case coverage support as needed (~1 day per week).
• Collaborate to optimize patient pathways and expand access.
