PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead launch excellence and drive Aquablation adoption across a strategically important territory in the US. You will develop surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and execute growth strategies to increase procedural volume and market penetration.

Collaboration with Marketing and Clinical teams will guide training, workflow integration, and operational readiness for sustained growth.

Competenze

• 8+ years in medical sales, oncology/urology OR experience preferred
• Proven ability to mentor and lead field teams
• Startup or high-growth MedTech sales experience is a plus

Mansioni

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth
• Mentor Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth
• Lead high-impact business reviews with customers and cross-functional partners
