Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics in the United States is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence for Aquablation systems, expand surgeon partnerships, and accelerate adoption across a strategic territory. Qualifications

• 8+ years of medical sales experience, preferably in Urology/OR.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in hospitals.
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing/Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and relationships to accelerate growth and penetration.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy and strategy.
• Mentor Territory Managers on account planning and efficiency.
• Identify barriers in surgeon/patient pathways and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with Clinical/Marketing teams to maximize scheduling and downtime efficiency.
• Develop and execute utilization strategies with accounts to increase adoption.
• Conduct business reviews presenting utilization data and opportunities for growth.
