PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption of Aquablation therapy across a targeted region. You will lead launches, develop account plans, and build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders to grow procedural volume.

Success means meeting quotas, expanding existing accounts, and delivering excellent customer experience while coordinating with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams. This role offers autonomy and impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.
• Strong business acumen for hospital selling environments and practice integration experience.
• Clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days post Aqua Academy.

Mansioni

• Lead system launches and establish Procept’s therapies as the preferred treatment options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop comprehensive territory and account plans, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians.
• Coordinate account planning and ensure seamless execution across pre- and post-installation phases.
• Provide case coverage support as needed to ensure procedural success.
• Collaborate with surgeons and hospital teams to optimize patient pathways and expand access.
