Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive adoption of Aquablation therapy and expand presence across hospitals and surgical centers.

You will lead account planning, train surgeons and OR teams, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams to deliver value and achieve quarterly quotas. This role requires 5+ years of OR-based medical device sales and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales experience.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.
• Ability to manage complex hospital selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish therapy as a preferred treatment option.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop territory/account plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Capital, and Launch teams for seamless execution.
