PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of Aquablation across a high-opportunity territory in the U.S. You will build surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and execute growth strategies to expand procedural volume and market penetration.

You will lead accounts through the surgeon pathway, collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams, and coach Territory Managers to improve utilization while achieving quarterly sales

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology/OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech.
• Ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
• Clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after Aqua Academy.

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals.
• Onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing & Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth.
• Partner with leadership on territory expansion and forecast accuracy.
• Mentor Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to maximize scheduling and efficiency.
