PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence for Aquablation and expand our robotic systems across strategic hospitals in the U.S. You will partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to train surgeons, optimize scheduling, and ensure operational readiness for sustained growth.

The role requires building surgeon champions, expanding hospital partnerships, and delivering quarterly sales growth while mentoring junior managers.

Competenze

• 8+ years of medical sales experience, preferably in Urology/OR.
• Startup or strategic sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and lead field teams.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals.
• Onboard and train physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth and market penetration.
• Partner with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy.
• Mentor Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth.
• Develop and execute utilization strategies with cross-functional partners to increase adoption.
