Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical devices sales.
• Strong success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.
• Ability to navigate complex hospital selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish therapies as preferred options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural growth.
• Develop territory/account plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Onboard/train new physicians and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide case coverage and optimize patient pathways within surgeon practices.
