Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the commercial adoption of Aquablation therapy across the Grand Rapids area. You will lead strategic account plans, train surgeons and hospital teams, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams to ensure procedural adoption and quota attainment.

You will cultivate relationships with clinicians and administrators, navigate complex hospital environments, and manage ongoing pipeline through forecasting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical devices sales.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency within 60 days post-training (Aqua Academy).
• Strong business acumen for hospital selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and drive AQUABlathion therapy adoption across territory.
• Develop strategic account plans and forecasted pipelines.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Capital and Launch teams.
• Manage account transitions and ensure high-quality post-install support.
