Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States (Michigan) to drive the adoption of Aquablation therapy across hospitals and surgical teams. You will lead launches, develop strategic accounts, and maximize procedural growth, partnering with clinicians, marketing, and capital teams to deliver value.

You will cultivate deep relationships with surgeons and care teams, manage forecasting, and ensure smooth execution through Aqua Academy training and field initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales experience.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption, account growth, and quota attainment.
• Ability to manage complex hospital selling environments and practice integration.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case within 60 days after Aqua Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish PROCEPT’s therapies as preferred options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural growth in existing and new accounts.
• Develop territory and account plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across stages.
