Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial success and clinical adoption of Aquablation therapy across assigned territory. You will lead system launches, develop strategic account plans, and ensure surgeons and hospital systems experience the full value of PROCEPT’s robotic technology.

You will build deep relationships with clinicians and administrative staff, manage forecasting and pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Capital teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales experience.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption, account growth and quota attainment.
• Must cover a case independently within 60 days after Aqua Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish therapies as preferred options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop territory and account plans with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Capital and Launch teams.
• Provide case coverage and ensure customer experience and procedural success.
