Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in McLean, VA is seeking a Territory Manager to apply Invisalign and iTero sales strategies to orthodontic and general dentist accounts, driving revenue and higher case volume.

You will use consultative selling, plan territory strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow revenue, elevate patient volume, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across a field-based geography in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience; minimum 4 years in sales or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfort with business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and product knowledge of Invisalign/iTero.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to educate customers and modernize their business.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage a defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists to grow the business.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on account potential.
• Create and execute high-potential account plans with deep account understanding.
• Use data/analytics to drive customer decisions and educate on Align products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, platform and solutions.
