Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Field-based Territory Manager to drive growth with Orthodontists and General Dentists in the Virginia region. This role leverages Invisalign and iTero sales strategies to accelerate revenue, increase case volume, and enhance patient satisfaction.

You will manage key accounts, develop territory plans, and collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 4 years of B2B or medical device sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in B2B or medical/dental devices.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Salesforce and CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell to orthodontists and general dentists using Invisalign and iTero.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage defined geography of accounts and onboard new high-potential clients.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on account potential.
• Create account plans informed by client goals and challenges.
• Utilize data to guide customer decisions and educate on products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to articulate fit with Align solutions and manage promotions.
