Job summary

Align Technology seeks a Territory Manager to drive Invisalign and iTero sales in a defined dental accounts geography. You will engage Orthodontists and General Dentists, presenting digital solutions that streamline workflows and grow practice revenue.

Responsibilities include developing territory plans, achieving quarterly and annual targets, onboarding new high-potential accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, B2B or medical device industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative selling approach to educate doctors on Align products and digital platforms.
• Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales targets.
• Manage a defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists and onboard high-potential accounts.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan for each account with clear goals and milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, education, and product teams to tailor solutions.
• Engage customers in a virtual selling environment when needed.
