Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across the Central/South Florida region. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter in the market.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure Halter’s technology delivers value to US ranches, often traveling to engage with customers on-site and at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a sales territory in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to hit growth targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a healthy pipeline across the Central/South Florida region.
• Conduct in-field sales activities on ranches and at industry events to generate opportunities.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell Halter solutions.
• Meet ambitious sales targets and manage today’s deals with a long-term view.
• Own the territory and act as Halter’s on-the-ground representative to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end customer onboarding and ensure successful deployment.
