Job summary

Halter, a leading provider of virtual fencing technology, seeks a Territory Manager to drive new business in the Central US region. You will be the on‑the‑ground Halter representative, traveling to farms and ranches, building relationships, and guiding customers from onboarding to deployment.

You’ll own the sales cycle, collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams, and contribute to US sales strategy. Experience in ranching or cattle operations is valued and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline across a defined territory.
• Proven ability to drive new business growth and meet growth targets.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline in the designated territory.
• In-field sales activities including meetings at ranches, auctions, and with industry groups.
• Expanding opportunities with existing customers and upsell where applicable.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and manage today’s deals while planning for next month.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to deployment.
