Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager in the Surgery business unit within the Interventional Segment. You will engage healthcare professionals, build strategic relationships, and champion BD’s innovative solutions in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required with minimum four years of documented successful B2B or similar sales performance.
• Medical sales experience is a plus and can strengthen candidacy.
• Strong ability to educate, train, and influence healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and drive revenue growth.
• Educate and train customers, deliver product demonstrations, and provide procedural support.
• Lead product evaluations and implementations with customers to drive adoption of BD solutions.
• Travel within territory daily to meet customers and adapt to schedule demands.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful case outcomes and territory priorities.
