Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to advance BD’s Interventional Surgery solutions in the Warwick, RI area. You will educate healthcare teams, demonstrate BD products, and support procedures with clinical insight to improve outcomes.

You will manage key accounts, lead evaluations, and drive revenue growth while adhering to safety and credentialing requirements. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of B2B sales are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of successful B2B or similar sales experience; medical sales a plus.
• Ability to educate, train, and influence healthcare professionals through product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and consultative selling.
• Strong execution skills to manage evaluations, implementations, customer training, and territory priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals and build relationships to drive BD solutions.
• Educate and train customers on BD products and clinical benefits.
• Provide procedural and clinical support during cases and lead product evaluations.
• Implement territory plans and drive incremental revenue growth through solution-based selling.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers, including early mornings, late evenings, and overnight trips as needed.
