Zusammenfassung

Align Technology is seeking a Territory Manager to drive Invisalign and iTero sales across a Maryland-based field territory with Orthodontists and General Dentists. You will coach practices to modernize workflows, leverage digital solutions, and grow case volumes.

You will lead territory plans, build strong customer relationships, and utilize data to inform decisions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably B2B or medical device/dental.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfort discussing Invisalign and iTero products with clinicians.
• Experience using CRM tools and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Use consultative selling to educate customers and help modernize their practice.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists accounts.
• Plan and execute Territory plans and account plans for top accounts.
• Utilize data analytics to drive customer decision making and ROI discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with doctors, coordinators, and marketing to align solutions.
• Engage customers in a virtual selling environment and prioritize tasks independently.
