Job summary

Align Technology seeks a Territory Manager to apply Invisalign and iTero sales strategies to accelerate revenue with key accounts in US Massachussetts field-based territory. You will sell to Orthodontists and General Dentists, transforming traditional processes with digital solutions.

You will be responsible for planning territory, growing high-potential accounts, and educating clinicians on Align products while collaborating cross-functionally to meet business goals and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in sales (B2B or medical devices/dental).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Comfort with business discussions (ROI, cash flow, P&L) and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to grow accounts in defined territory.
• Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales targets.
• Manage Orthodontists and General Dentists accounts to grow business.
• Plan and execute Territory plans based on account potential.
• Create account plans based on client goals and challenges.
• Educate customers on Invisalign and iTero products and services.
