You will work directly with orthodontists and general dentists, translating digital solutions into tangible practice improvements. Responsibilities include planning territorial strategy, managing accounts, onboarding high-potential practices, and using data analytics to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years B2B medical device or dental sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfort discussing ROI, cash flow, and P&L.
• Proficient with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Teach customers through consultative selling to modernize practices.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory targets.
• Manage a defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan for high-potential accounts.
• Create account plans for top accounts based on goals and challenges.
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision making with Invisalign and iTero products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align Align solutions with customer needs.
• Engage customers in a virtual selling environment.
