Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in West Hollywood, CA to drive growth across a defined geography.

You will sell Invisalign and iTero solutions to Orthodontists and General Dentists, transforming traditional processes with digital workflows and enhanced patient experiences. You will apply a consultative selling approach, develop territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers and accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required; minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfort with clinical discussions regarding Invisalign and iTero products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communications platforms.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to educate customers and help modernize and grow their business.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage a defined geography of accounts (Orthodontists and General Dentists) and onboard high-potential accounts.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on account potential and goals.
• Create and execute account plans aligned with each account’s business goals and challenges.
• Use data/analytics to help customers drive decision making and ensure clinical comfort with Invisalign and iTero products.
