Align Technology, Inc. in Germantown, MD is seeking a Territory Manager to drive Invisalign and iTero sales with orthodontists and general dentists. You will manage a defined geography, develop territory plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand revenue and patient impact.

In this role you will analyze accounts, teach customers about digital solutions, and execute strategic initiatives to grow their practices. A 4+ year sales background and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required in sales (B2B, medical device, dental, or related).
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfort with clinical discussions regarding Invisalign and iTero products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and their customers; help them modernize and grow their business.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage a defined geography of accounts (Orthodontists and General Dentists) to grow the business and onboard high-potential accounts.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on account potential.
• Create and execute account plans for high-potential accounts based on understanding of the account’s goals, challenges and opportunities.
• Utilize data/analytics to drive customer decision making and educate customers on Invisalign and iTero products.
