Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Field Territory Manager for the Maine region. You will apply comprehensive Invisalign and iTero sales strategies to key accounts, drive revenue, and grow case volume with Orthodontists and General Dentists.

You will manage a defined geography, build territory plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor Align solutions to each practice. This field-based role requires strong consultative selling and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience; minimum 4 years in sales.
• Experience outside B2B or medical device sales acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfort discussing business metrics (ROI, P&L).
• Familiar with Invisalign and iTero products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to modernize customers’ business and implement digital tech.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage geography of accounts and onboard new high-potential accounts.
• Plan and execute a Territory plan based on account potential.
• Create and execute account plans for top accounts based on business goals and challenges.
• Use data/analytics to drive customer decision making and educate on products.
• Communicate cross-functionally to understand business needs and articulate fit with Align solutions.
• Orchestrate internal resources to optimize the customer experience.
• Be creative, self-disciplined, and complete critical tasks with urgency.
• Engage customers in a virtual selling environment.
• Listen to and analyze customer needs to tailor Align products.
