Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Springfield area to drive sales of Invisalign and iTero solutions to orthodontic and general dental practices.

You will apply consultative selling, manage a defined geography, and onboard key accounts to accelerate revenue growth and improve patient care. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience; minimum 4 years in sales.
• Experience in B2B sales or medical/dental sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative selling approach to grow accounts and expand revenue within defined geography.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage a defined geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists; onboard new high potential accounts.
• Plan and execute Territory plans based on account potential and business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align Align products and solutions with customer needs.
