Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager in Training to develop into a full Territory Manager. The program combines structured training, ride-alongs, and hands-on exercises to build skills in EFCO's sales process, CRM usage, and technical solution development.

Under guidance from District Managers and Regional leadership, you will learn disciplined sales practices, build customer relationships, and contribute to profitable growth while upholding EFCO's core values of

Qualifications

• Formal requirements include a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree or coursework in engineering, construction, or business is preferred.
• Proven communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong mechanical aptitude and technical curiosity are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Engagement and Sales in an assigned territory; shadow senior Territory Managers to learn the full sales cycle.
• Assist in growing market presence through consultative relationships and impactful presentations.
• Contribute to customer support and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in formal training, ride-alongs, and mentorship to build product knowledge and sales acumen.
• Assist with sales forecasting and data maintenance in Salesforce.
