Job summary

EFCO Corp. is seeking a Territory Manager in Training in Dallas, TX. You will learn EFCO’s sales process, shadow senior managers, and develop consultative relationships within your territory to drive growth.

Participation in formal training, ride-alongs, and mentorship will build technical product knowledge, sales acumen, and market insight. The role emphasizes a Hungry, Humble, Smart mindset and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or coursework in engineering, construction, or business preferred.
• Experience in sales, construction, or formwork industry preferred; ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in assigned territory and support sales growth.
• Shadow senior Territory Managers to learn full sales cycle and closing methods.
• Present EFCO forming systems and tailor solutions under supervision.
• Maintain data in Salesforce and assist with forecasts and opportunities.
