Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area to blend market development with hands-on technical support. You will engage clinicians, drive revenue growth, and deliver strategic plans to meet sales targets.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), strong presentation and closing skills, and deep knowledge of cardiology device markets. A base salary with VIP incentives supports a dynamic startup culture.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7-10+ years of medical device sales and business development experience.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular health devices; heart failure experience moved to top.
• Master concepts of medical and surgical tech and active implantable devices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Ensures execution of strategies to deliver metrics within the Territory.
• Demonstrates expert proficiency with Salesforce and CVRx business apps and trains others.
