CVRx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Manager in the Las Vegas area to drive market development and provide hands-on clinical and technical support for CVRx therapies. The role blends strategic planning with direct engagement with healthcare providers to meet and exceed sales targets.

You will demonstrate expert product knowledge, delivery of educational programs, and strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills in a dynamic, purpose-driven startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience selling implantable medical devices in cardiology or cardiovascular health; heart failure devices preferred.
• Experience in market development and program sales of related devices with successful commercial strategies.
• Knowledge of the cardiology device market and competitive landscape; understanding of implantable medical device tech.

Responsabilités

• Develops and drives territory strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Ensures execution of strategies to deliver on territory metrics.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and related commercial apps; teaches others.
• Represents CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons, ensuring clinical understanding.
• Provides on-call clinical support and education to physicians and hospital staff.
• Supports R&D through customer feedback on product enhancements.
