Job summary

CVRx is seeking an expert Territory Manager to drive market development for implantable therapies in cardiology. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on clinical engagement to meet sales targets and expand adoption of CVRx devices.

The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, extensive travel (up to 75%), and deep knowledge of cardiology devices and heart failure treatments. Base location in Minneapolis or Omaha with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in medical device sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices; heart failure preferred.
• Ability to learn medical and surgical concepts related to implantables.
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape.
• Proven success in market development and program selling.
• Travel up to 75% and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to manage relationships with physicians, APPs, and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Executes territory plans and meets sales metrics.
• Proficient with Salesforce and CVRx applications; teach others.
• Represent CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to explain therapy benefits.
• Provide clinical support, in-services, and troubleshooting for providers.
