Job summary

CVRx is seeking a expert Territory Manager in the United States to drive market development and provide hands-on clinical support for implantable devices in cardiology. You will lead strategic planning, educate providers, and close sales to meet revenue targets in a dynamic team.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, KOL relationships, and field execution with frequent travel and a strong customer focus to help patients. CVRx offers competitive pay and benefits in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7-10+ years of medical device industry sales and business development experience with implantable devices.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular health devices is required; heart failure focus preferred.
• Ability to master clinical and surgical concepts related to implantable devices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives territory strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Ensures execution of strategies to deliver on metrics within the territory.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and related dashboards and forecasting.
• Provides clinical engagement, education, and technical support to providers.
• Represents CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to communicate clinical therapy benefits.
• Travels up to 75% annually and maintains accurate device inventories in Salesforce.
