Job summary

CVRx is seeking an experienced Territory Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area to drive market development for implantable cardiovascular therapies. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on clinical engagement, working with leading cardiologists and hospital staff to meet sales targets.

The role requires 7–10+ years in medical device sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in medical device industry sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Represents CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons to ensure understanding of clinical therapy.
• Provides on-call clinical support and education to physicians and hospital staff.
• Maintains Salesforce records and uses dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Travels as required to cover the territory (up to 75% annually).
• Supports implants, follow-up procedures, and troubleshooting for providers.
