CVRx, Inc. is seeking an expert Territory Manager in the United States to drive market development for implantable CV therapies. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on clinical support to ensure adoption of CVRx technologies across cardiology practices.

The role emphasizes presenting, negotiating, and closing sales in a fast-paced medical devices environment, with up to 75% travel and proximity to New Jersey for consideration.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7–10+ years in medical device sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices; heart failure is a plus.
• Strong medical and surgical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives sales strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Supports implants, troubleshooting, and clinical education for providers.
• Represents CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to explain therapies.
• Travel up to 75% annually; build relationships with hospitals and KOLs.
• Forecasts performance and maintains Salesforce records.
