CVRx, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks an expert Territory Manager with a proven record in implantable medical devices sales and cardiology market expertise. You will lead strategic market development, provide direct clinical support, and close sales with top cardiovascular specialists in the region.

The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, plus the ability to travel up to 75% and work with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business, or a combination may be considered
• 7–10+ years selling implantable medical devices in cardiology or cardiovascular health, heart failure devices preferred
• Market development and program sales experience for implantable devices
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape
• Ability to grasp medical and surgical concepts related to implantable devices
• Experience with KOLs, APPs, and healthcare contacts in territory
• Patient-focused with insurance authorization and reimbursement experience
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Proven leadership and ability to earn respect
• Ability to forecast performance and travel up to 75% annually
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically

Responsabilités

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals
• Executes strategies to deliver on territory metrics
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and CVRx commercial systems and trains others
• Maintains understanding of CVRx technologies and therapies
• Supports implants, follow-up visits, and provides technical assistance
• Handles technical inquiries and researches solutions
• Represents CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons to explain clinical therapy
• Provides on-call clinical support and in-service education
• Gathers customer feedback for R&D and product development
• Follows sales management processes and maintains device records in Salesforce
• Other duties as assigned
