Job summary

CVRx is seeking a Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on technical support for CVRx therapies within the cardiology field. You will engage with cardiologists, HPs, and hospital staff, delivering education, closures, and strategic initiatives to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in implantable device sales, strong product knowledge, and travel readiness. Location is Las Vegas area with a competitive benefits package and VIP incentive plan.

Qualifications

• BS in health sciences, engineering, or business; experience may substitute
• 7–10+ years selling implantable medical devices in cardiology/cardiovascular health
• Market development and program sales of implantable devices
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape
• Ability to understand medical/surgical concepts and device tech
• Experience with KOLs, APPs, and healthcare contacts in territory
• Travel up to 75% and valid US driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals
• Executes strategies to deliver metrics within Territory
• Proficient with Salesforce, dashboards, forecasting, and CVRx apps
• Understands CVRx technologies and therapies
• Supports implants and follow-up visits; provides technical assistance
• Responds to technical inquiries and researches solutions
• Represents CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons; explains clinical therapy
• Provides on-call clinical support and in-house education to physicians
• Gathers customer feedback for R&D and product improvements
• Follows sales management processes and maintains device inventory in Salesforce
• Performs other duties as assigned
