CVRx, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on technical support for CVRx therapies. You will engage clinicians, manage relationships with key healthcare contacts, and use your presentation and closing skills to exceed sales targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of implantable cardiovascular devices, travel readiness, and strong collaboration across teams. Benefits include competitive compensation and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7-10+ years in medical device sales/business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices, heart failure devices preferred.
• Ability to master medical/surgical concepts and implantable devices.
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape.
• Experience with key healthcare stakeholders in the territory.
• Travel up to 75% annually; reliable car and valid license required.

• Develops and drives sales strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Executes territory plans to achieve metrics.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and related tools; trains others.
• Supports implants and follow-up procedures; provides clinical support.

• Forecasts performance and delivers against goals.
