Job summary

CVRx, Inc. in the United States is seeking an expert Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on clinical support for CVRx therapies. You will engage cardiologists and healthcare professionals, conduct educational sessions, and use Salesforce to forecast and manage territory performance.

This role requires up to 75% travel, a BS in health sciences or related field, and a proven track record in implantable device sales, with Heart Failure experience favored.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7-10+ years in medical device industry sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices; heart failure experience preferred.
• Ability to master medical and surgical implantable device concepts.
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape.
• Strong forecasting, relationship-based selling, and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Executes territory plans and meets metrics.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and related dashboards.
• Supports implants, troubleshooting, and clinical education for providers.
• Represents CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to clarify therapy benefits.
