Job summary

CVRx, Inc. in the United States seeks a Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on clinical support for CVRx devices in cardiology.

You will engage with physicians, manage opportunities, and work toward achievement of sales targets across the Jersey Shore region. The role requires 7–10+ years in medical device sales, experience with implantable cardiac devices, travel up to 75%, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in medical device sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular health devices, heart failure products.
• Ability to master medical/surgical concepts and implantable device technology.
• Proven track record in market development and program selling.
• Experience working with clinicians, APPs, and other healthcare contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Execute strategies to deliver metrics within the Territory.
• Maintain Salesforce records and use dashboards for forecasting and reporting.
• Provide hands-on clinical support and education to physicians and staff.
• Travel up to 75% annually and engage with cardiology leaders and surgeons.
