Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business is required or considered with experience.
• 7-10+ years in medical device sales and business development for implantable devices.
• Cardiology or heart failure device sales experience is preferred for top consideration.
• Ability to master medical/surgical concepts and implantable tech.
• Travel up to 75% annually; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Execute territory plans and track metrics via Salesforce.
• Provide clinical and product education to customers and staff.
• Support implants and post‑op follow-up with troubleshooting.
• Engage with KOLs, APPs and healthcare contacts in territory.
• Forecast performance and deliver to sales goals.
