Job summary

CVRx is seeking an expert Territory Manager in the Saint Louis, MO area to drive market development for implantable cardiovascular therapies. You will provide hands-on clinical support, educate providers, and manage key accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.

Your background should include 7+ years in medical device sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% as needed. A valid driver's license and car are required.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7–10+ years in medical device sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices, heart failure preferred.
• Ability to grasp medical and surgical concepts of implantable devices.
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape.
• History of successful market development and program selling.
• Experience building relationships with KOLs, APPs, and healthcare contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Execute territory plans and meet performance metrics.
• Demonstrate expertise with Salesforce, dashboards, forecasting, and CVRx tools.
• Provide clinical support and training to healthcare providers and staff.
• Represent CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to explain therapies.
• Forecast performance and drive achievement of sales targets.
