Job summary

CVRx is seeking an expert Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on clinical support for CVRx technologies in cardiology markets. You will lead strategic planning, educate providers, and close sales while managing relationships with healthcare professionals.

The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, plus the ability to travel up to 75% and travel between Kansas City, MO and Nebraska. Experience with heart failure devices is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7–10+ years in medical device sales with implantable devices.
• Experience with cardiology or heart failure devices; top for heart failure experience.
• Strong ability to master medical/surgical concepts and implantable device tech.
• Knowledge of the cardiology device market and competitive landscape.
• Experience with selling strategies and building relationships with KOLs/APPs; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Execute strategies to achieve territory metrics.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and CVRx business applications and teaches others.
• Understand CVRx technologies and therapies; provide clinical support.
• Support implants and follow-up; troubleshoot for providers and staff.
• Represent CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons; lead education sessions.
• Provide on-call clinical support and in-service education to physicians.
