Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking an expert Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on technical support for CVRx therapies.

You will engage with cardiologists, surgeons, and healthcare teams to ensure successful patient implants and revenue goals, while leveraging Salesforce and CVRx tools for forecasted outcomes. Ideal candidates have extensive implantable device sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business
• 7-10+ years of experience in medical device industry sales and business development with implantable devices
• Experience with cardiology/cardiovascular devices or heart failure therapies
• Ability to master medical and surgical concepts and implantable device technology
• Travel up to 75% annually with valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals
• Executes strategies to deliver on territory metrics
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and CVRx business applications and teaches others
• Supports implants and follow-up; provides technical assistance to providers and CVRx staff
• Represents CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons to ensure clinical understanding
• Provides on-call clinical support and education to physicians and hospital staff
