Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking an expert Territory Manager in the Saint Louis, MO area to drive market development and provide hands-on clinical support for CVRx therapies. You will engage physicians, manage relationships, and help healthcare teams navigate insurance and implant procedures.

You will leverage Salesforce and company tools to forecast, track, and close opportunities, traveling up to 75% to meet quarterly targets and support hospital-based programs.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business; combination of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 7-10+ years of experience in medical device industry sales and business development with implantable devices.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices, heart failure therapies or related device sales preferred.
• Ability to grasp medical and surgical concepts and implantable device technology.
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape.
• Proven success in executing commercial market development strategies.
• Experience working with KOLs, APPs and other healthcare contacts in the territory.
• Patient-focused approach; experience navigating insurance authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Ensures execution of strategies to deliver on territory metrics.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce, dashboards, forecasting, and CVRx apps; shares knowledge with others.
• Maintains understanding of CVRx technologies and therapies.
• Supports implants and follow-up; provides troubleshooting to providers and staff.
• Represents CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to explain clinical therapy.
• Provides on-call clinical support and in-service training for hospital staff.
