Job summary

CVRx is seeking a high-impact Territory Manager in New Jersey to drive market development and provide hands-on technical support for CVRx therapies. You will collaborate with cardiologists, hospitals, and healthcare teams to expand adoption, deliver education, and ensure patient access to innovative CVRx solutions.

The role requires strong sales leadership, clinical communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% while maintaining excellent relationships with KOLs and providers in the Jersey

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years selling implantable medical devices in cardiology
• Heart failure experience prioritized
• Knowledge of cardiology device market

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives territory strategies to meet implant revenue goals.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and related tools.
• Provides clinical engagement and education to healthcare providers and CVRx staff.
• Forecasts performance and reports results.
