Zusammenfassung

CVRx, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager in the Jersey Shore region to drive market development and provide clinical and technical support for CVRx therapies. This role combines strategic planning, education, and direct clinical engagement with cardiology specialists to achieve implant and revenue goals.

Requires 7–10+ years in medical device sales, top-tier presentation/negotiation, and travel up to 75%. A BS in health sciences, engineering, or business is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7–10+ years in medical device sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular health devices; heart failure focus preferred.
• Master medical and surgical concepts related to implantable devices.
• Knowledge of the cardiology device market and competition.
• Experience working with KOLs, APPs, and healthcare contacts in the territory.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing sales skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Develops strategy to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Execute territory plans to hit metrics within the territory.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce and CVRx applications; teach others.
• Maintain understanding of CVRx technologies and therapies.
• Support implants and follow-up visits; provide troubleshooting to providers and CVRx staff.
• Represent CVRx to cardiology surgeons and specialists for therapy understanding.
• Provide on-call clinical support and in-service education to physicians and hospital staff.
• Collect customer feedback for product enhancements.
• Adhere to sales processes and keep Salesforce records up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
