Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Manager in the United States, ideally based near New Jersey.

The role blends market development with hands-on clinical support for CVRx implantable device therapies, requiring strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills to meet sales targets. You will work with cardiology leaders, APPs and surgeons, use Salesforce for forecasting and dashboards, travel up to 75%, and participate in in-service training.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7–10+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices.
• Ability to travel up to 75% annually.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives territory strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Provide clinical and educational support to healthcare providers.
• Represent CVRx to cardiology leaders and surgeons.
• Operate in Salesforce, dashboards, forecasting and CVRx applications.
• Travel up to 75% annually.
