Job summary

CVRx, Inc. seeks an expert sales professional experienced in implantable device sales for cardiology markets. The Territory Manager will blend market development with hands-on clinical engagement, education, and closing sales to meet targets.

The role requires travel up to 75% annually, clinical support for implants, and proficiency with Salesforce and CVRx applications while building relationships with physicians, APPs, and surgeons across the Jersey Shore territory.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business is required
• 7-10+ years of experience in medical device industry sales and business development with implantable devices
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular health devices, heart failure therapies, or related device sales preferred
• Ability to grasp medical and surgical concepts and implantable device technology
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape
• Experience working with KOLs, APPs, and other healthcare contacts in the territory
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Able to travel up to 75% annually and maintain a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives sales strategies to meet implant and revenue goals
• Ensures execution of strategies to deliver on territory metrics
• Supports implants and follow-up procedures and visits with clinical engagement
• Represents CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to educate on therapies
• Provides on-call clinical support and training to physicians and hospital staff
• Maintains Salesforce records and uses CVRx applications for business insights
