Job summary

CVRx, Inc. seeks an experienced Territory Manager to drive market development and provide clinical support for our implantable cardiovascular therapies across the New Jersey region.

You will partner with cardiologists and healthcare teams, educate on CVRx devices, manage Salesforce-based forecasts, and travel up to 75% to meet patient and revenue goals. A strong track record in medical device sales and excellent presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business
• 7-10+ years in medical device sales
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices, heart failure preferred
• Strong medical and surgical acumen related to implantable devices
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape
• Ability to forecast performance and meet goals

Responsibilities

• Develops territory strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
• Executes strategies to deliver on territory metrics.
• Demonstrates proficiency with Salesforce dashboards and forecasting; trains others.
• Supports implants and follow-up visits; provides technical assistance to providers.
• Represents CVRx to cardiologists and surgeons to explain clinical therapy.
• Travels up to 75% annually; schedules visits and in-service trainings.
