Job summary

CVRx, Inc. is seeking an expert Territory Manager to drive market development and provide hands-on clinical support for CVRx therapies. This role requires presenting to cardiologists, providing product knowledge, and closing sales to meet targets.

The candidate should have a background in implantable medical devices, especially in cardiology or heart failure, and be capable of independent travel up to 75% across the Jersey Shore region.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in health sciences, engineering, or business.
• 7–10+ years in medical device implantable sales and business development.
• Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular devices, heart failure devices, or related sales.
• Ability to master medical and surgical concepts and active implantable device tech.
• Knowledge of cardiology device market and competitive landscape.
• Proven capability to execute commercial strategies for market development.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives territory strategies to meet implant and revenue goals.
• Ensures execution of strategies to deliver targets within Territory.
• Demonstrates expertise in Salesforce and CVRx business applications and teaches others.
• Supports implants, follow-up procedures, and provides technical assistance to providers and CVRx staff.
• Represents CVRx devices to cardiologists and surgeons and delivers clinical education.
